Feast Day of Blessed Frederic Ozanam

On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, fellow Vincentians, Members and Volunteers gathered at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Helotes to celebrate the Feast Day of Blessed Frederic Ozanam. They attended Mass together and received a special prayer and blessing from Father Luke Jose, Parochial Vicar. Following Mass, they gathered for lunch to be nourished by prayer, reflection, and spiritual camaraderie.

Blessed Frederic Ozanam was the Founder of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.  Frederic was a husband, father, professor, and servant of the poor.
