Assisting with Emergency Utility Requests
Our goal is to help you keep vital services on when an unexpected emergency or difficulty results in current or upcoming service disconnections.
If you are without electricity, gas, or water, or if you’ve received a disconnection notice, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Our Lady of Guadalupe Helotes Conference, might be able to help.

If you are eligible to receive assistance, please bring a copy of your bill or disconnection notice along with the following completed forms. We can also provide you with copies when you visit our office – no appointment necessary – during our business hours.
