We aim to help you keep vital utility services active when an emergency or difficult situation results in the loss of your current or upcoming service. If you are without electricity, gas, or water, or have received a final disconnection notice, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Our Lady of Guadalupe Conference – Helotes, TX, might be able to help.

To receive assistance, you must live within our Conference area. Please call us at 210-695-5683 or email us at svdph@att.net to find out if you are eligible for emergency utility assistance.  If you are eligible for assistance, please bring a copy of your bill or disconnection notice to your appointment.
